The Wausau School District is seeking a full time Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher at Hawthorn Hills Elementary School.
Position: Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher (1 Vacancy)
Required Certification: Certified WI DPI #1801 (Cross-Categorical Special Education Teacher)
Qualifications: - Ability to work collaboratively with a team - Experience working with students with behavioral needs - Experience writing IEPs and conducting IEP meetings - Experience conducting FBAs and implementing behavior plans - CPI Training or willingness to be trained Benefits: This position qualifies for District benefits, including health, dental, life insurance, and retirement (Wisconsin Retirement System).
